Athletics

Dominican High School is committed to providing our students with not only a college prep education and spiritual enrichment experience, but athletic opportunities as well. We believe in fostering the intellectual, physical and spiritual development of our young men and women. This year alone, 85% of our students participated in DHS athletics.
Dominican is a community that encourages all students to take advantage of the many opportunities offered. A number of our sports teams follow a no-cut policy, which allows every student the opportunity to try new things and find themselves.
We offer a variety of sports for interscholastic competition. Girls may compete in: volleyball, tennis, cross country, basketball, track, soccer, softball, and golf. Boys may compete in football, volleyball, soccer, cross country, basketball, track, baseball, golf, wrestling and ice hockey.
